Your VA’s can handle marketing sense of they can help you sell your listings through creating and mailing out flyers, setting up Interactive Voice Response Systems. Interactive IVR are when you have like a phone system in which you can put in details about the property and it helps to give the buyers and prospective sellers information about your service and all that. and also tracks the information for you so when you have a new listings sometimes it may take sometimes to set up the whole IVR system so if you put out the process in a way which the VA is to create a system and the VA can handle that system, every time you have a new listing or you have met a new IVR message, the VA can do that by themselves because you have created a system around that process.
VAs’ can also help you with putting up information like pictures and details about the property that you have listed on the MLS. Every time you have a new listing you might have to spend time maybe thirty minutes to one hour just trying to key in the right data and for uploading into the MLS but if you create the right system and show them how it’s done, all you do afterwards is just hand the system to the VA and they do and you just do the quality assurance to make sure that’s it’s accurate and that save you time from having you doing the whole entire thing yourself.
