I have been learning a lot about Lean Startups™; the idea that entrepreneurs can quickly create products or services by implementing the barest minimum viable version required to launch and iterating or making timely improvements based on collective user (clients/customers) feedback so that the end result is a product or service that people actually need instead of something you imagine that they need.

Since most of us learn new ideas and concepts by associating them with real life examples and case studies, I interviewed Joel Gascoigne the founder of Buffer so that we can all learn from his experiences and his story of how he created his new business by implementing the entrepreneurship ideas preached by followers of the lean startup movement.
