The Agile & Lean Startup Approach to starting your new Business – with Andrew Draper

Posted by Owen McGab Enaohwo

What exactly is the Lean Startup Approach to launching a business? How can you get started as quickly as possible with a minimum viable product or service? Instead of getting bugged down by analysis paralysis and trying to figure everything out before starting your business; these day a lot of Entrepreneurs are taking a whole different approach and just taking the leap, iterating (pivoting) their original business models until they find what works! I love this approach to business and this is why I interviewed Andrew Draper from ManPacks so that he can share his story of how he did the exact same thing. Enjoy the interview!

Excellent interview. You asked appropriate questions that really answered a lot of the questions I was looking for from Andrew. Just make sure you speak in the mic loud (not too loud) and clearly so you are always heard and don’t be too nervous stay calm and clear like you was and keep up the good work. When you are nervous you might start to stutter. There was a volume difference between you and Andrew but, I loved the interview. I hope you keep them coming.

And don’t ask if you sucked…just ask for feedback.
