- Training and Development
- We will provide continuous training for VA’s self development and product training. Weekly meeting is done to ensure Quality of service.

- Agent Monitoring and Reporting
- VA’s are monitored to make sure that they are performing well. Reports are given at the end of the day to the clients and manager.

- In case of absence, your VA will be replaced with a Filler VA who has the same knowledge and is well informed of the protocols you have given your regular VA.
